How many coats of seal should I apply?

Do I need to neutralise after stripping?

Yes, always neutralise after stripping. Residual alkaline stripper will prevent seal from bonding properly, causing peeling and poor finish. Use a dedicated neutraliser or clean water rinse depending on the product used.
